Up to 20 Analog (PSTN) Telephone lines SIP (VoIP) telephones lines (quantity is limited only by bandwidth) and up to 50 users The system is comprised of three components; - AastraLink RP 500 Base Unit - This network appliance houses the Microsoft Operating System and the Microsoft Response Point software - AastraLink RP 540 Gateway - Up to five gateways can be connected with each supporting 4-PSTN telephone lines for a total of 20 telephone lines. This device also provisions the Aastra telephones for an incredibly easy connection. - Aastra Response Point IP phones - including Cordless Phones and phones with Call - Line and Extension Appearance. With features such as auto-discovery and auto-configuration, setting up or changing the system can be done easily by an average PC user in minutes. For users, a voice-enabled user interface, advanced call routing, built-in voice mail, Automated Receptionist and contact integration with Microsoft Office Outlook® offer simplified access to advanced large scale PBX features.
